The Basic Charger will go up a little softer. There was quite a lot of road noise and tires at highway speed. Sound insulation makes everything muted, but the Charger is not a silent highway explorer.

Each Hellcat SRT Charger has a 200 mph speedometer, leather seats, and heated and ventilated front seats. A Carbon & Suede package adds original carbon-fiber interior trim and a faux-suede headliner for a sportier atmosphere.
Interior cubby storage is highlighted by places to store small items, and we managed to fit seven carry-on bags in the Charger’s sizable luggage.
Dodge’s Uconnect system is one of the best. It responds quickly to inputs and catalogs of music collections at lightning speed.
The optional 19-speaker stereo raises the price slightly (we’ll skip that option), but voice control and navigation are excellent.
A collection of driver safety aids, such as adaptive cruise control, forward collision mitigation, and lane guard assistance, are part of the optional Technology Group. All worked pretty well. The following distance adaptive cruise control is relatively conservative.
The Charger is not the car you buy for fuel economy. The sizeable 6.4-liter V8 is better than the supercharged Hellcat engine, but only slightly. The EPA estimates 18 mpg combined with a 6.4-liter engine.
